1, There should be three or four quarries before the construction of the temporary flood-proofing cross section, and enough storage of cushion and other materials was necessary. Rapid rockfill to build a 60m high temporary dam in the first drought period which could fulfil the river closure and rockfill of low water period to flood-proofing task is feasible.2, For the treatment of dam foundation, it was reliable to take measures of filling gullies with low strength concrete and changing steep slops into gentle ones with grouted rubbles. This method did not cause the big nonuniform settlement of dam.3, The artificial placement of mortar on the upstream cushion surface could protect dam from the 38.16m deep, water during the flood period, and this method was very simple. That can be further discussed and developed in the future.4, For the treatment of reverse osmosis, drainage holes should be preserved in the plinth in advance during the concrete placement so that drilling could be avoided.
