PURPOSE: A construction method of a cut-off wall of a concrete surface cut-off wall type rockfill dam is provided to obtain safety and reduce construction periods by simultaneously unloading and assembling a vertical reinforcing bar in a longitudinal direction of a truck. CONSTITUTION: An upper rail and a slip form winch working vehicle(210) are installed on the top of a dam. Asphalt emulsion(241) is coated on the surface of a cut-off wall, and a horizontal reinforcing bar(240H) and a vertical reinforcing bar(240V) are arranged and are assembled. A rail guiding the slip form and a side form is installed. Concrete of the cut-off wall is placed by using the slip form. The vertical reinforcing bar is longitudinally unloaded from a vertical reinforcing bar truck(242). The horizontal reinforcing bar is transversely unloaded from a horizontal reinforcing bar truck(260). The upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar truck is connected to a slip form winch working vehicle by a rope, and the lower part is connected to a crane.
