PURPOSE: A construction method using a rail integrated side form of a cut-off wall of a concrete surface cut-off wall type rockfill dam is provided to improve waterproofing performance by placing concrete when a PVC cut-off plate is mounted. CONSTITUTION: A rail integrated side form(230) integrating a rail guiding a slip form with a side form is installed. The slip form moving on the rail integrated side form is used in order to place concrete on a cut-off wall. The rail integrated side form includes a groove on the side surface so that a part of a PVC cut-off plate is mounted. The exposed PVC cut-off plate is embedded when the concrete is placed.
