Based on our previous work, a one-one multi-round bargaining negotiation process against the background of Multi-Agent System is implemented in this paper. We discuss some representation methods and functions to describe multiple factors that interfere with the negotiation of Distributed Artificial Intelligence. With the introduction of perception mechanism, we present four negotiation strategies and provide negotiation algorithms. This research is devoted to a tentative but beneficial study on simulating price-offering, price-counteroffering negotiation activities in human beings' business contacts.
