In this paper, analytical method is used to determine all feasible design solutions of four-bar mechanism with coupler curve being in continuous motion according to the three given sharp point lacations; the maximum value of the minimum transmission angle of the mechanism is regarded as the search-optimum target function; both the optimal design parameters and the main motion sequence of two rockers of the mechanism are determined.
