The paper makes theoretical analysis on realtime adaptive interpolation for video pictureand proves it easy realization and effectiveness by computer simulation and realization of hardware circuit. Though the moving detection circuit will further be improved, it is still a simple and effective method for improving video picture quality and provides some reference for developing high resolution televesion.
