Abstract: recorded the photoelectron spectrum of $+7$/Li$OBAR$-2$/ at 488 nm and 457.9 nm. Photodetachment transitions are observed between the X$+2$/$Sigma$-u$/$+$PLU$/ state of $+7$/Li$OBAR$-2$/ and the X$+1$/$Sigma$-g$/$+$PLU$/, a$+3$/$Sigma$-u$/$+$PLU$/, and A$+1$/$Sigma$-u$/$+$PLU$/ states of $+7$/Li$-2$/. The electron affinity of $+7$/Li$-2$/ was determined to be 0.437 $POM 0.009 eV. Additional spectroscopic parameters for the X$+2$/$Sigma$- u$/$+$PLU$/ of $+7$/Li$OBAR$-2$/ determined in this work are: B$- e$/ $EQ 0.502 $POM 0.005 cm$+$MIN@1$/ which leads to r$-e$/ $EQ 3.094 $POM 0.015 Angstrom, approximately ega$-e$/ $EQ 232 $POM 35 cm$+$MIN@1$/, and D$-0$/ $EQ 0.865 $POM 0.022 eV. !29
