Study on R-24 Quick Repair Agent for Concrete Pavement

摘要

R-24 quick repair agent for concrete pavement mainly consists the active agent for cement minerals, with high performance water reducing agent and expansive agent. The properties of R-24 quick repair agent is studied completely. Quick mending concrete containing R-24 agent has the normal setting time, high early strength and the low value of dry-shrinkage ratio. Its flexural strength for 1-day could attain to 3.5 MPa. In the lower temperature (the lowest temperature is 5deg C), concrete with R-24 agent could harden quickly so that it can satisfy the demand to the quick mending of concrete pavement. The mechanism of R-24 accelerating early strength and compensating shrinkage to cement and concrete is studied with the methods of XRD, SEM, and the measurement of pore structure.
