摘要

In this contribution we describe the application of the remote electron beam induced current technique to thermistor materials at elevated temperatures in the SEM. Materials with Curie temperatures of 80°C have been found to show resistive contrast, enabling the temperature interval over which individual grain boundaries enter the high resistivity state to be clearly identified.
