A New CMOS Current Reference

摘要

A new temperature compensated current reference for CMOS Integrated circuits is presented, based upon a MOSFET as current defining element. It uses no external components nor trimming procedures. Theoretical equations are presented and compared with experimental results from an integrated prototype.
