摘要

It was developed optical biosensor based on the use of some strains of bioluminescent bacteria purified from Black sea. This biosensor was applied for the determination of number of surface active substances (SAS). The special experiments were devoted to reveal what are bacteria strains most sensitive to individual SAS. The conditions for the determination of some anionic and non-ionic SAS were optimized. The efficiency of work of developed biosensor was examined during control of process of water purification by the use of its treatment with the help of combination of ozone (O/sub 3/) and ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
