Monte Carlo simulation of trapping and recombination kinetics of charge carriers' in one-dimensional structures

摘要

In this paper a new Monte Carlo method is described for the calculation of trapping and recombination kinetics in one-dimensional systems. Using the model it is possible to study the effect of charge carrier transport on trapping kinetics.
