An Interpolator For HD-MAC decoder

摘要

In the 3-branch HD-MAC system, blocks of the picture are prefiltered and subsampled according to motion modes: stationary, slow motion, and fast motion. This paper describes an interpolator for HDMAC decoder using a combinations of some simple filters and a method to interpolate pixels across blocks of different sampling structures.
