The sample supplying apparatus includes a D flip-flop for delaying data received from a decoder; a field memory for storing data from the D flip-flop according to a control signal with a clock signal; a delaying circuit and an adder for delaying and adding data from the D flip-flop and the field memory for a given time; a deshuffler unit for separating a complexed data consisting of 80ms, 40ms, and 20ms modes; a subsample pattern converter for interpolating an odd line after an operation of each mode, in response to data provided from the deshuffler unit; and 1/4 interpolating unit for extracting a 40ms-mode pattern from data outputted from the subsample pattern converter, and interpolating 4 pixels in the right, left, top, and bottom part.
