The main thesis of this paper is that the intricate nature of software systems and computer education systems can, and in our opinion should, be represented by graph models. Graphs are used in computer science and computer education almost everywhere, since graphs are a very natural way of explaining complex situations at an intuitive level. In this paper, methods and systems for the visual processing of graphs and graph models are presented. Our series of books, which is intended to be a general guide to graph algorithms, is outlined. A dictionary of graph theory and its electronic version are described.
