In order to establish dose-response curve for estimating the biological dose of personnel exposed to radiation atone time, 2 males’ peripheral blood were sampled and lymphocytes were incubated. The method of Fluorescence in situHybridization was used to analyze the frequency of translocation by probe of WCP 1、2、4#chromosome, and the frequencyof translocation of whole genome was derived from the formula of FP=2.05fP(1-fP)FG. The results showed that curvilinearregression of the frequency of translocation in whole genome to the radiation dose was Y=13.15+75.69X+15.83X2.
