Synchronized semiconductor microwave oscillators in the signals substraction scheme for the charge carrier mobility measuring in semiconductor structures

Synchronized semiconductor microwave oscillators in the signals subtraction scheme have been theoretically described and experimentally investigated. The possibility of considerable increasing the sensitivity of the microwave magneto-resistance method for carrier mobility measuring with the use of such scheme has been shown.
