摘要

Synchronized semiconductor microwave oscillators in the signals subtraction scheme have been theoretically described and experimentally investigated. The possibility of considerable increasing the sensitivity of the microwave magneto-resistance method for carrier mobility measuring with the use of such scheme has been shown.
