Intellectual property: rich by-product of intellectual capital

摘要

This paper summarizes the intellectual property vehicles that can be used to protect an electronics manufacturer and the product it produces. It describes how a coordinated and well planned intellectual property strategy will assure that a corporation reaps a maximum benefit from its intellectual capital.
