Solutions for training the professional when money is tight

With the increase in full-featured computer programs in the workplace, the demand for computer training is growing. Information specialists and documentation designers as well as researchers in user documentation are frequently asked to help solve the training problem. Using a case study, three training options are analyzed, and one approach to solving the training problem is described.
