SUCCESSFUL PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF A MAJOR CONVERSION PROJECT - THE CABLE ENTERPRISE

The Cable Enterprise, owned by Prysmian Powerlink Services, was a moored cable laying barge. She was converted to a state of the art DP2 cable laying barge with its own propulsion. The project was executed in Victor Lenac Shipyard of Rijeka Croatia, beginning in July 2014, and was completed in March 2015.
