In the recent years,accompanying with the development of the information technology and Internet communications,they have brought a very big impact to many enterprises.People's attitudes toward ERP of manufacturing,innovation of new products and managing style etc,mostly have been influenced by this tendency.As a new estate,the third party logistics is developing rapidly in the world.It has become big topic for the enterprise of how to bring up their standard of logistic service.We must pay attention to the customer relationship management,because it is one of the important parts of the third party logistics.This article analyses the features and significances of the customer relationship management firstly,on the basis of that,the article emphasize the system structure and implementation strategies of the customer relationship management in the third party logistics enterprises.
