The research use photoelectric technology to check the flaws of plastic detonating tube, use MPU to process and control, and make up of a on line intelligent test system. It can test the deflection of tube's powder film quantity and powder's lacuna, whether exceeded permissible length or not; and test the powder accumulated to stop the channel of causing explode. Then adopt the relevant measures to processing.
