摘要

This paper gives a comprehensive analysis of both public and external factors to build up theory and structure models on public acceptance behavior for the governmental information accepted under crisis situation taking the human information acceptance behavior research for reference.We take the 7.23 motor car event as empirical background and verify the assumption relations proposed.We statically analyze the possible relations between five different factors and public acceptance behavior and the research shows that public opinions and information patterns do affect acceptance behavior.
