Abnormity oscillation is caused sometimes in allusion to vehicle brake system, at the same time this abnormity oscillation is not understudied. This paper proposes simulating practical braking friction by a new friction model. In the interest of mechanism analysis, brake system is simplified. This paper analyzes 2 freedoms model, confirmed that there is instability point in the dynamical system and obtained instability forms. It discusses possibility oscillation and analyzes dynamics characteristic beyond periodic perturbation, obtained Hopf-Hopf bifurcation in T~2 torus. Because brake system may affect vehicle, considering it in vehicle dynamics system, this paper analyzes brake pad and bogie frame oscillation influenced by negative friction and stick-slip friction.
