Firstly, We created a dynamics analysis model which doesn't consider any flexibility of the vehicle components in ADAMS environment, then we gradually modified the model by replacing the rigid carbody and bogieframe with flexible carbody and flexible bogie frame, All together, we had 4 models.rnFor each model, we performed dynamics analysis to obtain dynamic load histories applied on the bogie frame, then we introduced the dynamic loads to finite elements analysis model of the bogie frame to perform the response analysis to obtain the stress histories of the entire finite element model, later on, the fatigue damage of the bogie was evaluated based on the stress histories calculated.rnThe 4 kinds different results of dynamic load histories, stress responses and fatigue damage were compared, and the suggestion on creating rail vehicle dynamics analysis model was given.
