The device has a bogie frame and an axle guide which is fastened at the bogie frame in a force-fit manner by a toothed plate. The toothed plate is arranged between a pressure plate and the bogie frame by a screw connection. The toothed plate and the pressure plate have an insulation layer (1) of 0.8 to 3 millimeter thick composite consisting of glass filament and resin on their top surface facing the bogie frame and an end of the axle guide. A screw joint (4) is enclosed by an insulating sleeve formed of polytetrafluoroethylene.
