@@Block copolymers can self-assemble into diverse well ordered microstructures, depending on the relative length of the blocks, the molecular weight, and the/interaction parameter between the blocks. The fascinating characteristic has captured much attention of scientists and technologists over the past decades from both experimental and theoretical due to the application in date storage, electronics, combinatorial chemistry, masks and membranes, etc. Solvent annealing is an effective and direct approach to modulate the microstructures of block copolymer thin films in which both the nature of solvent and the vapor pressure of solvent are crucial factors.
