The research of medium-small company knowledge management technique in Guangdong province

摘要

Medium and small companies are always in the stage of vigorous development in Guangdong province and even national wide. Implementing KM is one of the most important means for company development. The suitable KM technique can help companies manage knowledge in real-time, integrate knowledge seamless, discover and create knowledge efficiently. In this paper, the course of knowledge management is divided into 4 stages; each stage has different KM techniques. We mainly introduce practicable KM system development methods for medium-small companies. And propose some principles and suggestions for them when applying KM.
