摘要

This paper discusses how to adjust and optimize talents cultivate scheme of the electrical engineering and automation major to meet the needs of social and science technology developments. It focuses on cultivating students' overall qualities those emphases their creativity, the application ability and engineering practical knowledge by reinforcing fundamentals, opening up the pathways for specializations, increasing the flexibility in our education plan, and emphasizing the students' individual development.
