Ozonized Water Generationby Silent Discharge Using Water Electrode

This paper is a report of the result of generating the ozonated water. The system usedrnwater surface electrode for silent discharge. Ozone and ozonated water are generatedrnin the same space using water electrode. As a result, two devices of the ozonizer andrnthe water tank can be unified to one device. We can generate ozonated water of aboutrn0.93mg/L (dissolved ozone concentration).
