Integrated Product and Process Development and the use of Integrated Product Teams

This paper seeks to examine the importance of Integrated Product and Process Development as Semonstrated demonstrated within the Department of Defense. We have focused on 3 mjaor areas of focus. One is IPPD's focus on product and process lfie cycle, the second is the way stakeholders are integrated into the process enarly, and the thrid is concurrent development of the product and processes.
