摘要

Application of metabolic engineering principles to the systematic design of ethanol production process crucially depends on the ability to describe quantitatively the dynamic kinetics for enzymes that related biosynthesis network. Goal of this investigation is the development of an essential dynamic model for ethanol production of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and the characterization of simulation results to probe its characteristic behavior[1, 2]. The results of this research provided a way to achieve more exact analysis of systemic approach in Saccharomyces cerevisiae metabolism and also this technique could be applied to other species.
