Research into the Pension System Reform in the Public Service Units in China

摘要

"Shiyedanwei" (pubic service units) is a special social organization form in China which could hardly be found in other countries in strict conformity. The reform of pension system in public service units in China is far lagging behind that in enterprises, which hinder the establishment of integrated social security system. In this article, the necessity of reform in the pension system in public service units, and the principles to follow in the reform are discussed.
