BACKGROUND TRAINING AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ON ENGINEERING EDUCATION

摘要

In this paper, firstly we introduce the history of metalwork training, and discuss the direction of metalworking in modern engineering training and its role in modern capability education. Secondly, we present the important role of engineering background in the course of engineering training. Finally, we conclude that the centre of engineering training should combine the engineering background education and engineering training with commercial manufacture in order to promote the sustainable development of engineering training. Meanwhile, we give out our experiences in practice.
