COMPARISON OF ISO9000 AND MALCOLM BALDRIDGE NATIONAL QUALITY AWARD

摘要

A thorough analysis was conducted with a view to identifying the mutual relationships of ISO 9000 and the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. The comparison is about the purpose and internal way to attain their objectives and their relationship with TQM. This paper also proposes some advice for those companies who hesitate at the threshold of TQM.
