摘要

In this paper, acceleration sensor based control for lead screw transmission system was presented. After building up the experimental setup of the lead ball screw system, the experimental study on trajectory-tracking control and acceleration sensor based disturbance vibration suppression were carried out. Feed-forward control, acceleration feedback control (AFC) and variable structure control algorithms were applied to trajectory tracking for improving the precision. Acceleration feedback control is presented to enhance the robustness of lead screw transmission system, suppress the dynamic uncertainties and disturbance, and suppress the vibration caused by load side perturbation. The experimental results show that the presented method is feasible.
