摘要

The research on serial or serial-parallel hybrid vehicle being fixed in traditional manual transmission is carried out. The existence of electric motor leads to the rotating inertia of the input shaft of the transmission being increased distinctly. The shifting period and the shifting smoothness are affected. A new kind of hybrid driving system based Automatic Manual Transmission (AMT) is proposed. The systems constitute and working principle applied on hybrid vehicle is designed and analyzed in detail. At the same time, the electric current and rotating speed control methods exchanging strategy during the shifting process is proposed. Taking some city bus as a sample, the compare with pure engine driving system is simulated. The results indicate that this transmission proposal is better than the conventional one in mobility, fuel consumption and shifting quality.
