摘要

Mass customization is becoming one of the mainstream production modes for the manufacturing industry in the 21st century while business-to-consumer E-commerce greatly supports the realization of mass customization. Analyze several key issues on business-to-consumer E-commerce for mass customization, including the form of on-line shopping, the configuration design of individualized products, the credit and quality problems, the price, on-time delivery and distribution problems for individualized products. Furthermore, several relevant methods and strategies are brought forward.
