摘要

A porous silicon (PS) layer formed electrochemically in the outer part of the n~+ emitter of a p-n~+ junction plays the role of an efficient antireflective coating. By simply tuning the current density and time formation of PS, single- and double-layer with optimised properties have been developed, showing 7.3 and 2.7 % effective reflectance in the 400-1000 nm visible range, respectively. 13.2 % solar efficiency multicrystalline silicon solar cells with PS antireflective layer have been obtained.
