This paper is based on theories of the modern logistics and the development of the regional economy. It indicates that the developing level of logistics industry influence towards the competence of the regional economy, it brings up that the logistics industry is an chief power of optimizing economic construction of regional economy, and it is main motive that promoting development of economy.
