We report on a continuous-wave optical parametric oscillator pumped by a 1067nm, 16W Yb doped fiber laser using periodically poled lithium niobate(PPLN) as the gain element. Signal and idler wavelengths are tunable from 1.48mm to 1.58mm and 3.3mm to 3.8mm respectively. The signal is completely resonant, only the idler is outcoupled. We have achieved stable output of idler from 1.5 to 3W CW depending on temperature and PPLN grating period which represent quantum efficiencies greater than 65%. The entire device, including pump laser occupies approximately 2 cubic feet, is air cooled and powered by standard 110V wall current. Beam quality, conversion efficiency, threshold and bandwidths will be discussed.
