This article analyzes the five trends brought about by the innovative activity to the HRO practice, namely :the HRO innovation market is growing and evolving from conventional transaction-focused, single-process business arrangements to the HRO multi-process market very rapidly; HRO reaps strategic value for organization; recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is becoming the most attractive way in HRO and transforming end-to-end talent acquisition; creating an information-sharing culture with Outsourcing partners, and the best channel to obtain HRO innovation. However the trends are changing dramatically and the enterprises should be pay more attention.
