A Study on Risks in Business Process Reengineering

摘要

This paper has disclosed the risks and their causes that could be encountered by almost all firms that are implementing or have implemented Business Process Reengineering (BPR) both theoretically and empirically. Based on this, it is concluded that the traditional approach to the management of risks within BPR projects has to be modified to a Change Management oriented approach of recognizing people's valid concerns.
