摘要

Organization commitment reflects the commitment of the members' to their organization. The commitment quality depends on the extent that an organization fulfills its responsibilities to the members. The paper discusses the connotation of organizational commitment, analyzes the incentive factors of knowledge worker, and concludes incentive methods to knowledge worker based on organizational commitment.
