A Research On the Development of Talented Personnel Resources in China

In order to meet the demand for developing talented personnel resources and bringing the initiative and innovative of the talented personnel into full play in China, we must take a series of countermeasures. In this paper, by analyzing the significance of developing the Chinese talented personnel and the present state of the Chinese talented personnel, we put forward that in the new period, we should take the following countermeasures for developing our country's talented personnel resources in China.
