The Circulation and Performance Measurement of the Knowledge Spread in the Enterprises' Techno-innovation Process under the Network Environment

摘要

This paper studies the knowledge diffusion and knowledge shift in the enterprises' techno-innovation process from the network viewpoint. It applies the magic field theory in the circulation of the knowledge diffusion and shift and constructs the descriptive theory for the circulation. Then, this paper studies the performance of the knowledge diffusion and the shift which results in the measurement construction.
