Watch the Competitive Advantage under the Dynamic Competitive Environment from the Competitive Interaction

Nowadays the competition between each enterprise is under the super-strong dynamic competition environment, competitive interaction becomes the decisive factor of strategy making. The quickening of competitive interaction behavior has reduced the keeping of competitive advantage greatly. This text analyses the characteristic of the dynamic competitive environment, the change of competitive advantage under this environment and the impact of quickening of competitive interaction on competitive advantage, state that the enterprises who want to set up lasting competitive advantage under the dynamic competition environment should fix the advantage in a certain range between the rigidity and flexibility, which make the competitive advantage not only has flexible flexibility, but also does not lose long-term accumulation of enterprises. To meet this goal, enterprise should set up its own group advantages system through long-term effort, create the new competitive advantage constantly in group advantages system, and then form the lasting advantage which adapt to the dynamic competitive environment.
