GREEN LOGISTICS STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION FRAME BASED ON THE BALANCED SCORE CARD

This paper, from the view of the strategy, introduces the balanced score card to the implementation of green logistics, has analyzed the possibility that the green logistics is implemented, and also analyzes the relation between the balanced score card and the strategy, then studies and analyzes the evaluation indexes of the green logistics from four respects : The financial affairs, customer, internal course, and study & growth, finally provides a strategic implementation frame of green logistics.
