STUDY ON MODELING OF PLM-BASED CHANGE MANAGEMENT

摘要

Change is an important business during products life cycle. All the time, manufacturing companies regard it as a necessary evil, not an opportunity to excel. In fact, once properly integrated, the change process is a-ble to accommodate change and keep all released information clear, concise and valid. As a result, quality of products will be promoted and time when products come into the market will be advanced. This paper builds some models of change management in order to offer the theoretical and technological foundation for popularizing PLM in our country, these models lift change management out of its engineering design orientation and gives it an enterprise-wide perspective.
