摘要

The chlorophyll content of vegetable directly affects product's appearance quality, thereby decides its merchandise value. This paper takes example for spinach, based on using BP neural network to realize the conversion relation between RGB color space of computer visual system and chlorophyll content measured by the routine method, the measuring method of chlorophyll content with computer visual system is put forward. This method takes on the characteristic of handling simple, nondestructive wound, fast measurement speed and low cost etc, and accordingly quests for a new approach in place of the chemistry analysis method.
机译:蔬菜的叶绿素含量直接影响产品的外观质量,从而决定其商品价值。本文以菠菜为例,在利用BP神经网络实现计算机视觉系统的RGB色彩空间与常规方法测得的叶绿素含量之间的转换关系的基础上,提出了利用计算机视觉系统测量叶绿素含量的方法。该方法具有处理简单,无损伤口,测量速度快,成本低等特点,因此寻求替代化学分析方法的新方法。
